X1 remote have to repeat key presses

I have two  X1 remotes and hubs and they have the same issue. When I command inputs with the remote to an Apple TV or a Roku ultra I frequently have to repeat key presses. The remote seems to fail to send commands quite often. This happens on both remotes but is worse on one of them. What is interesting is if I use the app I don’t have any issues. So it is not the hub. It is the remote to hub link. Both remotes have essentially the same devices. The X1 remotes are unreliable to the point where my family cannot use them. Have Harmony remotes in parallel on the same setups and they work perfectly. Want to replace my Harmonys with X1s - but not ready yet.
