Help!

When you do have it working, 1 out of 5 commands are finicky. It is so weird. The hub has the right signal, because it works, when you are close to the hub. but if you move 10 feet away from the hub, and you are pressing the button on the remote, the hub green light will still flash, indicating that its receiving your request, but it wont actually send the command properly to the unit that needs that request. Unless you are close, with the remote in your hand. How is this possible? There is no IR on the remote and the green light flashes on the hub, but still requires you to be close for it to work.
