I’ve had a Sofabaton U2 for a couple months. It’s on a system that I don’t use but maybe 3 times a week.
Anway, the ‘low battery’ indicator went off and when I changed the batteries it started showing just the two horizontal lines. When I click on anything they do that 'left to right pulsation' but nothing else.
Meanwhile the app shows...nothing.
There WAS about 5 devices there.
Defective remote?
