The Sofabaton site claims they support the HDFury Vrroom, but when I select that device, none of the input buttons work. If I pick the HDFury Diva, inputs 1, 2, and 3 work for the Vrroom, but Input 0 doesn't.
Seemed like a pretty clear case to me where the database needs some tweaks for the device, but I reached out to Sofabaton support and they said "For your case, I am sorry to tell you that your device can not be added to our database."
I'm not sure what to make of this: for a universal remote, keeping the device database updated so that it actually works with devices is kindof the whole point. Is there something I'm missing?
