Power On/Off for Amazon Omni-series Fire TV

Is there some way to get the U1 to turn on/off an Amazon Omni-series Fire TV?

I don't think that it uses IR for the power on/off command. Must be bluetooth.

I tried the Toshiba Fire TV profile, but that doesn't work.
