X1 - Directv HR44-700 box.

I have this box and having issues getting any codes to work.  I'm able to see it in library and download it but nothing works and you are not able to learn from the original remote.  I have seen the posts about RF/IR and this box is one that runs both RF/IR on it so there is no way to switch it to only IR.  Not sure what I can do on this but would like to have X1 control this box on my end.  Thanks.
