X1 Dishnetwork Joey 3

Hello Support, 

Here is my strange problem. 

Products: Sony TV and Dish Joey

Activity: watch dishnetwork.

Problem: button programed to issue a Live TV for Dish Joey command does not work while in the Activity. 

Troubleshooting:

Tried multiple times re-associating  the command in device settings. Even changed to different command and then back, re-syncing each time with no luck. 

I tried removing and re-adding the Dish Joey

Strange thing is, "Live" works on the app and in device mode on the X1. Just won't work in the actual Activity. 

Update: I did wind up getting the Live command to map to the Back button on the X1, but the the Home button which I had mapped for the menu command stopped working, and I uncertain how.

PS, please put an IR emitter in X1 on the next version of the remote.
