I just received my X1 for about a week and while setup was better than expected, the X1 remote seemed to have died on my after one week of use. Charging with supplied charger and cable do not work.
Remotes display does not desolat anything and pressing button has no results.
Hub and the App still work, so issue seems limited to the remote.
any one any idea how to hard reset or how to check what the issue with the remote will ？
