Because Logitech has stopped making their remote controls and my Harmony Compnion doesn't work properly anymore, I'm looking for an alternative. I was pointed to the Sofabaton remote controls and started looking into it.
Now, like most users, I have several devices, but 1 of them is a Set-top box from my TV provider Ziggo (The Netherlands). They call it the Ziggo next mini but it is an Arris VIP5002W bluetooth device.
Now I have looked up that device in your database, but unfortunately it is not yet supported.
For me personally it is decisive to buy a Sofabaton remote control if this device is supported. It is now also not supported by Logitech's Harmony Comapnion because it is a bluetooth device.
Can you check if this device will be added in the future?
