My X1 has worked in the past with my LG OLED77CXPUA, but it is not working again. When I first set up the remote, it worked fine with the TV. Then it stopped working. Eventually, I was able to get it working again. Now, the LG OLED77CXPUA won't work with any of the profiles. It has a profile for this TV. I've deleted and re-added the device multiple times. I've tried other similar LG models. Nothing works.
The X1 controls all of my other devices fine. If I could get the TV working, I would be satisfied.
Due to the ongoing TV issues, I tried a SofaBaton U2 to see if it is a better solution. It controls the same LG TV with no issues. The annoyance with the U2 is the lack of a hub. My receiver, Shield, Bluray are inside a cabinet, so I need to play around with the IR repeater to see if I can get the U2 setup working. It is a non-starter because you cannot adjust the volume without line of sight to the receiver (this is where the X1 is nice with the hub). I tried one repeater with no success, so I've ordered another from Amazon to see if I have better luck.
Any help or suggestions for the X1 working with the LG OLED tv is appreciated.
