“Hub Lost”

What's the deal with the X1 going "hub lost"? I recommended the X1 to a friend after needing to replace their Logitech Harmony. Reportedly "hub lost" is nearly a daily occurence. Power-cycling the hub brings it back to operation thus far. It's an inconvenience, and minor embarrasment for a brand new device I recommended. 

It seems this has been a persistent issue over at least the past year based on the forum posts, and still has not been resolved. Since this X1 is new (and updated to the latest firmware seemingly), it's a nagging issue.
