I've received a warranty replacement U1. Is there any way to transfer the programming I've already done on the original U1 to my new U1? I have asked support, but the do not understand my question.
also, how do I do a factory reset on the U1? I added a device that will not remove a device. It tries, the display flashes, but the device is still programmed.
