After using the Sofabaton X1 hub and remote for a little over six months I've decided to unhook the hub and remote and pack it away in a drawer. There's just too many frustrating issues that needs to be resolved before it can be used by all family members without the lockups, blinking lights, loss of hub communication, etc. I think the X1 or its replacement can be a great remote but all the problems need to be resolved before it can be a viable product. Hopefully the developers can all get together and get all the bugs out, Logitech did it but it took time.

CasaP242023-08-03Same. Very disappointed, it's physically well designed (except for the back button at the top of the remote) Looks great, but the software is laughably bad. Also, firmware v9 bricks the remote with no solution. V15 firmware semi-bricks the hub. The software is their Achilles heel. -

Otaku12172023-06-17Same for me. Currently using the Alexa Remote Pro to control Omni QLED TV and Receiver. Only additional remote is the one from UHD player. Still waiting for a good replacement of my Harmony… Maybe I will retry it in a few months but for now it’s not working for me.
