I have already asked, but got no answer, so I'm trying again, hoping for a response from Sofabaton:
With media players Zidoo Z9x and Orbsmart R81, long press (of e.g. the home button) can be configured, but it does not work with X1. Long press just delays the command which is configured for short press.
Also, scrolling through a file list with the ArrowUp or ArrowDown buttons does not work. Navigating up or down one entry in a list works, but nothing happens with a long press on the buttons.
It works fine with the original remote control or with my old Logitech Harmony 650.
I have already tried to
- learn the commands manually from the original remote control
- use firmware version 13 or 15
but nothing helped.
With other devices (e.g. TV), scrolling works without problems.
Sofabaton, please check this and provide an update.
