LCD Screen not working.

In a preemtive move I purchased the SofaBaton U1 back in July because our Harmony remote was starting to fail. However the Harmony remote hung in there but finally faild today. When trying to setup the remote, the lcd screen does not work. I was able to add devices and can randomly select and activate a device using the wheel, but no screen. long past the Amazon return window, so I have emailed SofaBaton but they have not responded yet. Hoping for a replacment as the remote has never been used.
