Sorry my post a few days ago incorrectly stated that the problem was on the Arris VIP5662 - it is actually on a VIP5662W
The channel down key skips several channels with just one button press. The channel up key works fine. Also I can't find a way to program "last" channel. I can't learn from the Arris remote as it is bluetooth only.
