Macro help please

I want to set a macro that

1. Powers on TV
2. Powers on AV receiver
3. Powers on Roku
4. Goes to Home on Roku
5. Volume button always applies to AV receiver

I can accomplish steps 1-4 but I am at a loss on the volume button.  It is very annoying to have to select the receiver each time I want to adjusts the volume.
