Getting the U2 to recognize and program Fision/Hotwire cable box

Does anyone have Fision/Hotwire service for cable?  I have repeatedly tried to program via IR learning and other than power and mute - nothing will complete the process.  I am at a loss as to how to get the rest of the remote features to program.
