Hub firmware 13, X1 firmware 11, latest iOS app
Devices:
- Roku 4802X - latest Roku ultra
- LG UJ7700
- Marantz SR5015
I can add the Roku with no trouble. When adding TV or AVR, the iOS app crashes. Consistently. I've rebooted remote and hub; disconnected hub power for 1 min; reset to factory defaults; and reloaded the hub firmware. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Still crashes every time I attempt to add TV or AVR.
worth noting: when reloading firmware the app shows a progress circle, takes about 1 minute. Oddly, the previously added Roku is still loaded, it's not a 'clean' update.
also, I've had the remote a couple of weeks. Preciously added all of my devices and 1 activity using all devices. I was having trouble with the LG not powering off, deleted the tv and tried reloading (app crashed). Then I deleted all devices and tried starting over, when I discovered that only the Roku would add successfully.
Please help.
