Hello.
I recently acquired the Sofabatton X1 and updated the hub to v13 and remote to v11.
Every now and then remote stops responding to the shield.
It just doesn't do anything.
Original shield remote is working while X1 does not do anything.
The annoying fix is to re-update the firmware of the hub to v13 to fix it until the next time that it stops again.
With the amount of money invested here I really dont want to return to my old harmony remote!
Please help asap.
