I've read the details on how to use Alexa with Sofabaton (I'm in the UK):
The following points are required to use Alexa: 1. The wifi connected to X1 Hub needs to be connected to the Internet before the Hub can upload the device information to the cloud. 2. Search sofabaton in SKILL in Alexa app, and log in to sofabaton account, which is the same as X1 distribution network . 3. After login, the account signal will be synchronized automatically. View the sensors on the device page to view all synchronization scenarios .
Point 1 complete, when I move on to point 2 and try to enable the Alexa skill, I'm asked for my credentials and am always told that I have supplied an "Incorrect username or password." I've checked the username and password and these are correct. The only thing that I think could cause an issue is that my Amazon account and my Sofabaton account use different email addresses within my email domain, Surely this can't be a restriction? Assuming its not then any suggestions greatfully received.
