Besides on occasion still having the hub lose connection (though the app reconnects it), now I am running into the issue where the remote will.not work at all. At first I was thinking its battery was depleted and would charge it. But recently even though I literally pull it off charging and set it down for a few minutes, the remote then will not do anything. No lighting up, no activating anything,....bricked. Sometimes it will reconnect if I sync it and turn back on, but within a few minutes will brick itself again. Any idea how to fix this or can this be replaced? I just bought it in February.
