Does anything bluetooth work?

I cannot get ANYTHING to work. NOTHING AT ALL.

I can connect my Apple TV 4K, I can pair it, but NOTHING IS THERE. Every key is unconfigured. no options at all

HOW THE HELL DO YOU MAKE THIS THING WORK!!!!!!!!
