Activate with Amazon Order Number not Working

I purchased the Sofabaton X1 from Amazon recently, when trying to connect my hub to the Wi-Fi I get an error message saying that product validation failed and please enter your Amazon Order Number. On entering this number the application says my order number is invalid. Can someone help please as I cannot use the app until I enter this number...
