I'm trying to setup my new X1. I have held the button down and connected the device to wifi, but it will not show in the "Connect to Hub" list. I've tried using my phone as a hotspot too, that still doesn't do it. I can reset and change the wifi, but nothing works. The device is connected and I can ping it, but it just won't show in the list. I've also tried emailing service@sofabaton.com, but the email bounces.
