X1 Hub Disconnects

It is a well documented issue at this point, complained about in countless posts, that the hub consisently disconnects from the remote and then needs to be repaired via the app.

Is this ever going to be fixed? The user should not have to regularly reopen the app on their phone to ensure that the remote is going to work the next time they pick it up.
