Hello, some issues I've experienced with my new X1:
- Configuring input switching crashes the app. Tried several iOS and android devices.
- TV Input switching via "input" key plus a number to select not functioning. Used manual startup key sequences as a workaround. Not actually a big deal yet.
- Macros do not send sequences correctly. I created a shortcut to a favorite channel "1500". Sends 15, then 1, 5, nothing, occasionally 1500. Tried adding delays, deleting and starting over, nothing worked.
- Volume long press cannot be configued to scroll the slider. Short presses have inconsistent results.
- Multilpe key presses frequently required fo many functions to actually send commands from the hub.
- Battery lasts 4-5 days max.
Despite all these issues, I really like the remote. If they could be resolved this would be an excellent option, and I was about to buy and configure one for my mother!
I have to beleive this unit is defective. Is there anything I can do, such as a factory reset or reverting to previous stable firmware versions? Return deadline is approching...
