While setting up my U1 via Android app, I searched your dabase for the Epson LS800, found a match, and downloaded the available presets to my remote. Those didn't work at all. Why is that?
I then proceeded to try setting up the remote manually. I got most functionality working via "learn from original remote" but ran into some issues that I simply can't solve now:
1) I can't setup the power button. At some point I was able to "learn it" via the original remote and it temporarily worked. Then out of the sudden that configuration disappeared without a warning and I can't seem to be able to add it anymore.
2) I can't seem to be able to program the brightness buttons
