Hub update v14 made it worse

I updated my hub to version 14 yesterday but contrilling my Ziggo Mediabox Next (Arris DCX960) is a nightmare again. I have to press every button multiple times before anything happens. This issue was there from the beginning but was getting better with every firmware update but now we are back to squeare one.

    Thanks! I didn't know there was an option to revert to a previous firmware. Going back to v13 also fixed the issue I had with my Arris box.

    setting is not available. I can choose trigger or edit. At the edit window I can choose: - Learn from original remote - Filter from cloud data - Modify name I'm using the Android app.
    @SofaBaton: Per the issue, pls choose the device in device mode, Edit---Add/ repair keys--channel key repair--command repeats, change the value to 1 or 2. After the test is OK, you can apply to all command.

    I have an Arris cable box (AX013NC) and having the same issue with hub v14. Plus the same issue of losing communication between remote and hub still exists. Have to either open app on phone or unplug and plug in the hub to get it to work. Hub v14 didn't resolve the problem.

    Just a comment... I had an Arris VIP2262 (Bell Fibe) device in the past and had a lot of issues with the X1 (had to click multiple times before the Arris device responded). I had to change to an Arris VIP5662W (Bell Fibe 4K) to fix the problem. Maybe some Arris devices have a particular type of IR code?! I don't know, but other people have had the same issues as me with Arris devices.
