I have set up all my devices and activities on my X1 remote and have everything working just the way I like. I have noticed, however, that when I switch from one activity to another it turns off certain devices that I still need on. For example, when I switch from Smart TV to Cable TV I still need my TV, soundbar, and receiver on, but it powers off my receiver and soundbar. Oddly, the TV stays powered up, but I need the other devices to stay powered on until I hit the "Off" button.
I have commented on this three separate times stating that your suggestion did not fix anything. You continually reply with the exact same response. Can you please look into this further and advise an alternate fix? I have done exactly what you have suggested "@SofaBaton: Check that the new activity includes all the devices you need to open. You can also check the receiver soundbar's power settings separately, using edit-- Power Settings in device mode, to make sure you have always on selected unless theoff keys is pressed. Depending on your choice, the system will decide whether to turn off devices that are not in the new activity when switching between activities." and the problem still remains.
