I have a Sofabatan X1, a ROKU Smart TV, and Denon AVR-X2800H.
They all seem to work together well exept for one issue I have found.
I hade an activity to swith the system over to the Denon HEOS for music. The Sofabaton changes all of the inputs and such perfectly. However, once on the HEOS screen, I have no way to control the screen. The left, right, up, down and OK do not work.
I even tried having the Sofabaton learn from the original remote, it did not help.
I would be thankful for any help on this issue.
