Just received my new U1 and followed the istructions by doing the following
Put batteries in Remote
Remote Screen = Connect to the Sofabaton App
Install Sofabaton App on Android Nokia 6.1
Create and login to account
Select U1 device
Select Already purchased
Confirm "location" info
Allow only while using the App
On U1 press and hold the - and e buttons until screen reads pairing
On phone screen displays
Please select the remote that you wany to connect

Connect
I touch the Connect button and the following displays on the phone with no chance to make an input
Connecting
Request Network
Flashes through Countries page (unable to input)
Successfully connected
The phone screen then displays the following again
Please select the remote that you wany to connect

Connect
Selecting connect now gives the following on the phone
Connecting
Request Network
Successfully connected
Animated blue hand pointing to ADD
Selecting ADD yet again displays
Please select the remote that you wany to connect

Connect
Occaisionally I will get the following error
java.lang.NullPointerException:
Attempt to invoke virtual
method 'java.lang.Object
android.content.Context.getSystemSe
rvice(java.lang.String)' on null object.
Any thoughts as to how to connect and remain connected??
