mute button does not unmute Sonos Beam

I've seen previous articles about Sonos volume control - that's all working fine for me.  vol+/- as well as the fixed volume steps (10%, 30%, etc.).  However, the mute button sets the Beam to mute, but cannot toggle to unmute as well.  I tried configuring a long press on the mute button to trigger unmute command, but no luck.  Any suggestions?

    I’m having the same issue with my Sonos Arc. If it helps, My Arc is running version 15.7, hardware version 1.27.1.8. The X1 remote mute button needs to have the ability to mute and unmute like most other controllers. Please advise, thanks

    Sofabaton we told you. It’s sonos playbar, that’s the name of the specific model. You are just repeating same thing all over the forum.

This is a major issue for any Sonos Playbar owner. Please adjust so mute/unmute can be assigned to a single button. Sonos OS: S2 Series ID: A100 Hardware version: 1.9.1.10-1.2

    Sonos playbar, same thing here, there are two buttons on sofabaton sw for mute and unmute and it doesn’t work on same button on sofabaton, you need to config two different buttons, but sonos has only 1 button for it
