Sofabaton has repeatedly ignored my issue of wanting to control the volume up/ down of my Apple TV. Not TV volume. Not Receiver volume. APPLE TV VOLUME. I have repeatedly emailed support and over and over I get the same response of assigning volum up/ down to TV or receiver. Why can they just update the Apple TV library or just say this can't be done so I can send back remote???????????
