My hub seems to have lost connection to my remote, and no amount of "look for" and sync will reconnect it. I have tried to pair the remote back, but I can hold the back and off buttons down together for over 60 seconds and the remote never shows the "pairing" message.
Wifi version shows 0.0.0, the Remote firmware version shows 9 and the hub firmware version shows 13. This is production batch 20210609 and app version 3.2.7 on iOS.
