I'm looking for a media-style remote control that I can use to control playback on a Windows 10 PC with the PowerDVD playback software, via Bluetooth or some other non-directional wireless protocol. I think this means I need a remote control whose keys can be mapped to PC keystrokes of my choice. I'm wondering if the U1 might meet my needs.
For example, perhaps I want the "blue" button on the remote to send "control-g" to the PC.
I haven't found an explanation on this website about how configuration works in this scenario (Bluetooth Mode communicating with a PC). Can anyone who's used the U1 with a PC provide me with more information?
