After some beginning problems and updates, I have now been using the x1 for around a half year, nearly got friends.
Now I got a hardware problem with the remote. The steering wheel before was working smoothly soft touch no noise. The last week the wheel hard to touch and makes cracking noises. I'm afraid it's the beginning of the end.
I'm the only person using the x1, no kids no liquids no dirt has been in contact with the remote.
What to do?

PS: with steering wheel I mean the circular D-Pad
