Just received X1 remote and have been able to get functionality for my various devices & activities. A couple of problems I can't figure out:
I've tried repairing buttons or adding commands by learning from the existing remote, but no success getting any commands assigned. It seems like it should be a simple process, but can't assign any commands from the original remote despite trying dozens of times.
I have a Sonos Playbar sound bar and it sometimes turns off when I turn off or switch between activities like Play Arris TV or Play Apple TV. I have the Playbar device set up to always be on. Can't figure out why it turns off sometimes
