I have a Logitech harmony 665 remote that works perfectly fine with my devices. It has developed some issues that prompted me to buy the U1 remote. The U1 was able to handle my tv and Soundbar fine, but I noticed that my Mecool Km2 box has been an issue. I had to set it up as a generic mecool device since it refused to operate as a Mecool Km2 device. I tried pairing it as a Bluetooth (other) device, which my box saw the remote, paired, but refused to connect. Any thoughts on how to fix the Bluetooth issue? Thanks I'm advance.
