I purchased a new X1 from an online retailer, who only offers returns if the unit is defective, which it isn't! But the Hub also won't connect to my Spectrum wi-fi; I'm told this is due to the 2.1 ghz limitation. I'm not sure if my router is capable of changing to the slower speed & if so, what speed limitations I'll have; any advice?
