I only received the X1 on the 19th December 2022 and i managed to enter all my devices and set up activities. However when i tried out the activites, they were not performing correctly! So I thought it must be my errors, so i decided to go back into the set up to edit my selections.
Unfortunately, I cannot get my phone to find my X1 hub via the wi-fi, it just keeps searching. The hub has the GREEN light showing. I have tried disconnecting my WIFI router from the mains power and reconnecting it. I have tried swithching of my IPHONE and back on again. Still no joy! So before I send it back to the supplier.
Can you help with a solution.
