X1 Remote has quit working completely

The remote (purchased on 10/22/22) has completely stopped working.  It won't power one, won't take a charge, nothing lights up, etc.  The hub works fine, and can be controlled using a mobile phone, but the remote is dead.


For a device that's less than 60 days old, this is unacceptable.


How can I get this handled under warranty?
