My X1 remote, which I purchased several months ago, has gone 'flat' on the right side. When I press anywhere else on the Directional Ring button, I get button travel and the click. When I press the buttom at 3 o'clock, there is no button travel, no click, and occasionally the button press doesn't work. Is anyone else having this problem?
