Samsung Frame TV won't accept commands

Hi there, I'm having some trouble with my new Sofabaton X1. I was able to add my Samsung Frame TV (QN55LS03BAFXZA) through the app, but when I try and trigger commands, nothing happens. I've tried putting one of the IR blasters right under the TV next to the TV's IR receiver, but no luck. Any ideas what I need to do to get it working?
