I received an x1 sofabaton hub and remote as a gift. It was bought from amazon.com in the US and Given to me in the Netherlands.
After unboxing and charging overnight, I set up the hub with the android app. When I wanted to start further setup I found the remote was dead on arrival. It doesn't do anything at all, screen stays black. And it isn't visible in the app.
Please advise.
