I have updates the hub and the remote to the most recent updates. I redid the connection to the Xfinity box and it now partially works. Sometimes it works and changes chanels and sometimes it just freaks out and starts scrolling through everything and pushing random button when i am not even pushing anything on the remote. If this a known issue? Is this going to be fixed?
i bought this to replace the Harmony remote and i have had to sit on it for a long time because the main feature that i use does not work properly. Where are we at?
