would like an update on my request- might need to return

I am getting frustrated at the lack of updates)response for my request. I would like to see how to make this remote compatible with LG Soundbar Model number: SH2 

my sister and I each have a the same remote and soundbar brands and we are both experiencing issues with manually adding this device. i have submitted the request over the app weeks ago and have yet to hear anything.
