Hello,
my X1 remote won't go into "Pairing mode". I tried to re-pair hub and remote via app. Instructions are to hold "back" and "off" buttons on top of the remote for 5-6 seconds...that isn't working for me. I tried clicking first "back" and then "off" button...it is not working aswell.
Please help me, because I can't use remote anymore.
Remote firmware version is V9.
