Same thing just happened to me. I’m calling Amazon directly as I have never been able to get any satisfactory help from Sofabaton. They are not native English speakers and can’t understand the problems I describe. I went round and round with the Support team in another issue before the remote died, and they kept telling me to do the same thing (which I had done multiple times). When I asked for an escalation to some who could read my report and actually help me, they stopped responding altogether. This thing is not ready for prime time and I’m getting my money back.
