Hello!
We currently have a home theater system made up of, Sony TV, Marantz avr, Nuvo, Heos box, Binary HDMI box, Direct TV, PS4 and ROKU box. The Company programmed a Universal Mx-90 remote that is overly complicated for our kids to use and is now dying so instead of sticking with Universal I decided to give the Sofabaton X1 a shot.
I have gotten the hub connect to my phone and have been able to add the TV, ROKU and DirectTV as devices. The Rest are not connecting (100% user error I'm sure.)
The second problem is the Binary box is the input that connects HDMI2 to ALL the devices. So I can't use the sound system or seem to switch from Roku and DirectTV when creating activities.
Honestly, I’m not Tech savvy enough to figure out how to get everything added correctly which I believe is causing the activity problem.
Can I get some help? Maybe a easier step by step tutorial? The videos online and manual don’t seem to cover the type of system set up we have… If I can’t get this figured out I’m going to have to send it back and try Logitec…
